We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fleet Tool Supply. Because we work with multiple suppliers, return eligibility and processes may vary slightly by product. Here's what you need to know.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items not in original condition or packaging
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
