Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Some items may require additional processing time depending on the supplier.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by product and supplier:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–15 business days
- Some items may ship directly from the supplier and could take 10–25 business days depending on origin and carrier.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments from different suppliers. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
